I am a wife to the man of my dreams! We've been married for nearly three years now and I couldn't imagine my life without him in it! I am also a mom to a seven month old daughter who I absolutely adore! I love the Lord with all my heart...without Him in my life I would not be where I am today! I am enjoying the balancing act of being a stay at home mom and wife and, together with my husband, am enjoying our wonderfully blessed life!!

Basement Remodel

Scott and I are seriously discussing doing some major work in our basement. Moving in we liked the fact that it was unfinished because this would give us the opportunity to do what we wanted down there. Now we're talking about getting that done this summer, and it's so exciting!! It will be a great extra living room for us, as well as a bathroom, bedroom and play area. As we discussed this, we have been moving some things around and getting things organized so everything is out of the way for the work we will be doing. Today when we were doing this, we came across a bunch of old tubs full of things from our high school days. There was everything from pictures to baseball trophies even....it was kind of fun going through all of this stuff together and reminiscing. I'm sure we'll have plenty more times to do this, as we have a lot of stuff to get organized!
