When I learned I was going to have the opportunity to review one of Handbag Heaven's awesome purses I was very excited! There are so many great choices that it took me quite a while before deciding on just one. I decided to go with the Newport Shoulder Bag and am so happy I did!

When the purse arrived I was even more impressed than I thought I would be. It's stunning! The glossy dark gold leatherette is embossed for an authentic look and accented with polished silver hardware. The front flap secures with a magnetic snap, while soft gathers give the bag a few feminine details. The quality is fantastic and everything from the materials used to the accents are beautiful.
At 17" L x 6" W x 11" H, it's the perfect size for what I typically like to carry. It's large enough to carry some of the necessities, but not too big when I'm looking for a little less to carry. The top zip closure opens to reveal chocolate brown lining and an organized interior. I LOVE when purses and bags have a way to organize my things, so this was a huge plus! There are two open top pockets and one zippered pocket located on the inside of the bag, as well as a middle zippered section that divides the Newport into equal sections. The fact that there is a place for my cell phone, keys, etc. has been great in helping stay organized and be able to find them when needed.


I have had the chance to use this purse several times already and have received many compliments on how fashionable it is. It's a great way accessorize any outfit I'm wearing...dressy and not so dressy.

I am thrilled with the quality and love how fashionable the Newport Shoulder Bag is. I will definitely be shopping at Handbag Heaven in the future.
