When Kaelyn was a baby, I remember thinking about how fun it would be to paint her little fingernails. I would always stop short though, thinking about the toxic chemicals in nail polishes and how I didn't want those being put on my little girl. It wasn't until she was 16 months old that I finally painted her little fingers and piggies, thanks to Piggy Paint!

Kaelyn is not a 'Tween', but getting her fingernails and piggies painted with bright colors is one of her favorite things to do. We were sent two fingernail polishes from the new Piggy Paint line...LOL (Pink) and Solar Power (Yellow).

When the samples arrived, Kaelyn spotted them right away. As always, she wanted Daddy to paint her nails. She was so excited that she decided she'd like her fingernails pink and her toes yellow. :)

Once again, Piggy Paint did not disappoint! I have always been really sensitive to chemical smells of all kinds and just as with our previous experience with Piggy Paint, this does not have any foul odors at all. I was happy with how quickly the fingernail polish dried. We decided to do two coats to get the color really vibrant (especially with the yellow). She was very excited to have such fun colors and made sure to tell and show anyone who visited.

I love knowing that the products we are using are non-toxic and safe. It's not only a fun time for us to spend with her, but it can also be used as a learning tool to help children in learning their colors, patterns, and even developing those fine motor skills!
