Leading Lady Nursing Bra Review & Bra of Choice Giveaway

Before I had my first child, I knew I wanted to breastfeed. I bought a few different nursing bras at the time, only to find out after the fact that they were uncomfortable and not very flattering. I decided to use normal bras most of the time, and did the same when nursing my second child as well. It wasn’t ideal, and definitely didn’t give the greatest support…but I was sure I would dislike all nursing bras. That is, until I was introduced to Leading Lady.
Leading Lady is a premiere intimate apparel company dedicated to creating comfortably functional, remarkably affordable, stylish and easy-to-wear bras, camis and sleepwear. A family owned and operated business, Leading Lady has been expertly tailoring full figure and nursing bras for top brands and retailers across North America for more than 70 years. For the first time, Leading Lady’s comprehensive line of full figure and nursing intimates – including our new spring collection – can be purchased directly on LeadingLady.com.

As I visited the Leading Lady website for the first time, I was impressed with the large selection of nursing bras. It dawned on me that just maybe all nursing bras aren’t the same?! With everything from sleepwear nursing apparel, to underwire bras, wirefree bras, sports bras, and more…there’s something for every nursing mama. Including myself!

I currently nurse my third child and knew I needed a better nursing bra than I’ve used in the past. That’s why I was excited to learn I was going to have the opportunity to review one. Looking through their selection, I decided to go with the Molded Seamless Wirefree Nursing Bra.

Features/Benefits:

  • Seamless styling looks great under clothing
  • Molded and lightly padded to fit every curve perfectly
  • Inner sling for added support
  • Quick, one-handed clasp for easy nursing
  • Latex free
  • Available in black, nude and white

When the nursing bra arrived, I couldn’t wait to test it out. Putting on the bra, I was immediately impressed with how comfortable it is. I had yet to find one that I was happy wearing for lengths of time, and this one has passed the test. It’s incredibly comfortable and soft! It also fits great! I love that even without an underwire, it’s very supportive.

I have also noticed that this bra has great shape and fit. It’s seamless style looks great under all of my clothing, even the tighter clothes. It is also molded and lightly padded to fit my curves perfectly. I think that’s my favorite part! It’s a bra that I could see any woman wearing and loving.

Aside from how comfortable and flattering this bra is, I also love how easy this bra makes nursing Caysen too. The quick, one handed clasp makes nursing a breeze. When he’s hungry, he wants to eat right away…so having a way to quickly and easily start nursing him has been much appreciated. It also has an inner sling for added support which I like too.

I have finally found a comfortable, functional and stylish nursing bra and couldn’t be happier! In fact, seeing how well it washes up, I’d love to get a couple more now. I would highly recommend Leading Lady to other nursing mamas. The quality, comfort and style are top notch!

Just last month they launched their 2012 Spring Collection. So, while you’re visiting their site, be sure to check out their four new bra styles and fresh, seasonal colors for the line’s signature pieces.
