Are you planning an awesome birthday celebration for your child? If so you might want to consider some of the possible themes. Themed birthday parties are a great idea because you can hold them at home which is cool. It dramatically limits the costs of paying for everyone to go to a play zone or activity area and it can still be a lot of fun. So, let’s look at some of the possible themes you can choose from and how to make them awesome for the kids.
Unite The League, Assemble The Avengers
Superheroes are crazy popular right now. This Halloween we’re going to see a lot of mini trees wandering around, captains with the shield a red blur and yes, as always Batman. Why not start the celebrations early this year with a super themed party? To do this, you can invite all the guess to dress up as their favorite heroes and invite them around. Make sure you get a superhero cake and plan some fun activities for the kids. If you’re stuck for ideas, a super movie marathon might do the trick. After all, that’s what Robert Downey Jr did for his kid. Although, admittedly the guests were allowed to watch a movie that hadn’t been released yet on a home cinema screen. Some people have all the fun.
How Far Will You Go?
To make sure your little princess has the coolest Disney princess themed party every. Here’s an extra word of warning for this idea. Make sure that the birthday invitation templates you use include a little space for parents to put which princess their kid will be showing up as. Ideally, you want lots of different ones because if you get two of the same, you might just find yourself in the midst of a princess showdown. You can even subtly drop a hint about what princess your little one is going to appear as: “Princess Elsa is inviting all the royal ladies of the land to Arendelle for her winter birthday bash.” It’s always fun to be creative like this with the invites.
If you’re thinking of activities for a theme party such as this, you can have things like a costume competition with a prize for the little girl that looks most like a princess. Sing-alongs are fun too, and you can get CDs with all the Disney music on for this type of occasion.
Or finally, how about a wild jungle themed party. It’s perfect for summer because you can play outside in the backyard or even at the park. With a jungle themed party, it’s just a matter of getting animal theme cakes and decorations. You can also arrange for some outdoor activities like tag football or marathon hide and seek. However, if you are playing a big game of hide and seek, make sure you have a lot of parent helpers with you. The last thing you want is for a kid to be a little too good at that particular game.
